💬 Chat System
How to use the mobile chat popup for all communication.
Floating Chat Button
The 💬 button on the left side of your screen opens the Chat Popup — your main chat interface on mobile.
Chat Tabs
| Tab | Purpose | How to Send |
|---|---|---|
| Public | General public chat | Type message, tap Send |
| Whisper | Private messages to players | Select player tab, type message |
| Party | Party member chat | Type message (auto-prefixed %) |
| Guild | Guild member chat | Type message (auto-prefixed $) |
Public Chat
- Shows all public messages from nearby players
- Messages are captured in the background
- Open popup anytime to read chat history
- Type and send to chat publicly
Whisper (Private Messages)
Starting a Whisper
- Long-press on a player in-game → Context menu → select player name
- Or from Party window → tap member → whisper tab auto-opens
Whisper Features
- Player tabs at top — switch between conversations
- Unread badge — shows count of unread messages per player
- Close tab — tap ✕ on player tab to remove conversation
- Message history kept (up to 100 messages per player)
Notification
When popup is closed: - 💬 button shows red badge with unread count - Sound notification for whisper/party/guild messages
Party & Guild Chat
- Messages auto-prefixed with
%(party) or$(guild) - Chat history kept while logged in
- Badge notification when popup closed
Chat Popup Features

Tips
Quick whisper
Long-press a player on the map → their context menu appears → select to start whisper.
Party chat shortcut
Open chat popup → Party tab → type message. No need to type % prefix manually.
Read chat while fighting
The popup doesn't pause gameplay. Open it to check messages while your character is in auto combat.
